The company launched two phones at once in China, and the other one, the Neo 11 Extreme Edition, is gunning hard for the performance crown with a MediaTek Dimensity 9500M chip and a dedicated gaming processor on top of that.

Neo 11 Extreme Edition: built for people who take performance seriously
The Neo 11 Extreme Edition is powered by the Dimensity 9500M and pairs it with iQOO’s own Q2 gaming chip. That’s a dual-chip setup aimed squarely at mobile gamers who want every possible edge. The RAM is LPDDR5X Ultra running at 9,600Mbps, and storage is UFS 4.1. In plain terms, this thing is fast.
The camera setup is led by a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-700V sensor with a 1/1.56-inch size, backed by an 8-megapixel ultra-wide. The front camera is a 16-megapixel shooter. Nothing shocking there, but Sony sensors at this tier are always a good sign. Connectivity includes Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, and NFC, and you also get an IR blaster and a 3D ultrasonic fingerprint sensor.
The phone is available in three colours, with the black version coming in at 8.6mm thick and 225 grams. The white and blue variants are slightly thicker at 8.69mm and a touch heavier at 230 grams. Not featherweight, but not outrageous for what’s inside.

The Z11s takes a completely different approach. Its headline feature is that 10,000mAh battery, which is genuinely massive. And before you assume that means a thick slab, it’s 8.59mm thin and 225 grams. That’s impressive engineering for a battery this size. Fast charging tops out at 44W, which is not the fastest on paper but more than acceptable given how long that cell should last on a single charge.
The chip here is the Dimensity 7500 Full Power Version, paired with LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. That’s a step down from the Neo 11 on every spec, but this is a mid-ranger built around endurance, not raw power. The camera is a 50-megapixel GC50F6 primary with an 8-megapixel front camera. It also gets IP68 and IP69 ratings, an IR blaster, an optical fingerprint sensor, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, and NFC. One downside worth calling out: it has a USB 2.0 port. That’s disappointing in 2026 and will slow down wired data transfers noticeably.

The Z11s starts at ¥1,999 (around Rs 28,386) for the 8GB + 128GB model, with the 8GB + 256GB version priced at ¥2,199 (around Rs 31,226).
Will these phones leave China?
Right now, both devices are China-only launches with no confirmed plans for a global or India rollout. That’s a shame, especially for the Z11s. A 10,000mAh OLED phone under Rs 30,000 would make serious noise in markets like India where battery life is a top buying priority. iQOO does have a habit of eventually bringing its China launches to other regions, so it’s worth keeping an eye on. But for now, there’s nothing confirmed.
