Here’s the thing about foldables right now: they’re still struggling to answer the “why bother” question for most people. The original Mate XT was stunning, yes. A phone that folds three ways is objectively impressive. But impressive doesn’t automatically mean necessary. Adding health monitoring gives the Mate XT 2 a real reason to exist beyond being a conversation starter.
