An 8,000mAh battery in a flagship phone. That alone should get your attention. But the bigger story here is timing. According to Gizmochina, industry insider Yogesh Brar is reporting that Oppo plans to bring the Find X10 series to global markets, including India, by late October 2026. What makes this unusual is that Oppo hasn’t even launched the Find X10 in China yet. So we’re looking at an unusually tight turnaround between the home market debut and the worldwide rollout.
The India timing is clearly deliberate. Oppo is reportedly targeting a launch before Diwali, which is one of the biggest moments of the year for smartphone sales in the country. Brands fight hard for shelf space during the festive season, and Oppo has played this card before. Bringing a fresh flagship into that window makes a lot of commercial sense, especially when competitors are doing the same.
For India, two models are expected: the standard Find X10 and the top-tier Find X10 Pro Max. A third model, the Find X10 Pro, may show up in other global markets. So Indian buyers might not get the full lineup, but they’re getting the range that matters most.
Now let’s talk specs, keeping in mind none of this is confirmed yet. The Find X10 Pro Max is shaping up to be the one to watch. It’s rumored to carry a 6.78-inch 1.5K flat display with slim, symmetrical bezels, which is a design choice that a lot of people will appreciate after years of curved-edge screens. The chip inside is expected to be MediaTek’s Dimensity 9600 Pro, built on a 2nm process. On the camera side, a 200MP primary sensor using Samsung’s HPC hardware is reportedly in the mix. That’s a bold spec on paper, but real-world performance is what counts.
The Find X10 Pro is said to share the same 6.78-inch screen size but with an LTPO panel that supports the wider BT.2020 color gamut. It’s expected to run on the standard Dimensity 9600, also 2nm. Still a very capable chip. The base Find X10 steps down to the Dimensity 9500 Plus, but still gets a 200MP main camera, albeit with a smaller 1/1.4-inch sensor. A 3x periscope telephoto is also expected on that model, which is a solid addition for a non-Pro device.
Across all three phones, the reported battery capacity sits in the 8,000mAh range. That’s a significant jump from what most flagships carry today, and if Oppo can pull it off without making these phones too heavy or too thick, that’s a real differentiator. Wireless charging is also expected to carry over from the Find X9 series.
To be clear, Oppo has officially said nothing about any of this. No confirmed specs, no confirmed launch date, no pricing. Specs can change between now and release. But the Diwali window is real, the competition is stiff, and if Oppo wants to make a serious push in India and beyond, a late October launch with this kind of hardware would be a strong move.
