As reported by GSMArena, Huawei also dropped the FreeBuds Neo alongside it, giving the brand a full wearable refresh in one shot.
What the Watch D3 actually does differently
The Watch D3 is part of Huawei’s health-focused Watch D line, which sits separate from the mainstream Watch 6 and Watch GT 7 series. The big draw here is medical-grade 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring. That means it’s tracking your blood pressure around the clock, not just when you remember to tap a button. The updated version also promises quieter operation during nighttime readings, which matters a lot if you’ve ever been woken up by a wrist device doing its thing at 2am.
New this time around is pre- and post-exercise blood pressure tracking, which adds real fitness context to the health data. The Health Glance feature is back too, covering 11 health indicators including heart rate, blood pressure, and blood oxygen saturation, all pulled together in about 60 seconds. That’s genuinely useful, not just a spec sheet filler.
On the hardware side, Huawei slimmed the aluminum body down to 11.3mm while keeping the weight at 40 grams. The display is larger and brighter than before. Bluetooth 6.0 is on board, and the 540mAh battery is rated for up to six days of regular use. It comes in Mocha Gold and Black, priced at £399.99, with sales starting September 23.
