Three China’s mobile operators — China Mobile, China Telecom and China Unicom — have announced measures to deal with the inter-network spam messages. According to the agreement reached, a single mobile phone number will be able to send up to 200 messages per hour or 1,000 per day. During the holidays, these numbers will go up to 500 per hour, and 2,000 per day.
