Gameloft bringing Avatar to Mobile

Have you been watching the entertainment news recently? Well if you have, there’s a very good chance you’ve seen some coverage on Avatar – the latest film by Director James Cameron, and due on December this year!
Right, so what you say? Well, Avatar is going to be ground-breaking, in that it has been specifically filmed in 3D, using camera rigs created by the Director himself! The net result of all this techno-wizardry is a film experience that is apparently unlike any other.
Personally, I can’t wait to see it – 15 minute previews of the film have been running in 3D-capable cinemas since last week, and audiences are coming out wowed! But if you haven’t been able to get to one, like me, then you’ll be pleased to know there is going to be a mobile game of the film 🙂
Gameloft are on the conversion controls, so you can expect a reliable version of the film to play with – the question will be though, what can Gameloft do to capture the incredible visuals of the film? Well I guess we’ll see, at or around the time the film comes out!
