Sunny Portal mobile website

Here’s a piece of news for (unfortunately) rare solar power system owners among us. SMA America has launched Sunny Portal mobile website, providing users with data storage and visual display of solar (PV) power system performance. Any mobile phone with a web browser will “do the work,” giving you access to data from anywhere, hence making monitoring much more convenient.

For the record, solar power and other renewable sources are topics I’m trying to learn about in my spare time. On that note, I’ll add that constant measuring and monitoring of solar power systems is a necessity for achieving optimal electricity production. Likewise, discovery of performance disturbances can greatly increase the power system’s payback.

Finally, the URL is sunnyportal.mobi. Hope you find it useful. 😉
