Brief: China Unicom: Hey South Korea, that 3.8% stake in the company we sold you, we want it back!

South Korean operator SK Telecom purchased a 3.8% stake in China Unicom between July 2006 and August 2007. China Unicom now wants that back and are going to pay $1.3 billion for it. That’s a lot of egg rolls.
