dave Wireless, another player trying to make its way into the Canadian service provider game, has just made a roaming agreement with Rogers to offer their coverage outside of major metropolitan areas. Previously dave had partnered with Ericsson to provide HSPA+ service to Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton and Ottawa, and a separate roaming agreement with Bell for base station sharing. For a little guy, dave looks like he’s doing a good job getting all of the basics taken care of before their early 2010 launch; however, I think wind is going to win a few more customers before that happens…
