AdMob launches open source webOS SDK

After the iPhone and Android, AdMob keeps conquering new platforms. The mobile advertising network has announced support for Palm’s webOS, launching a new open source SDK (MIT license) to integrate its ads in apps on Palm Pre and Pixi.

Still in beta, the SDK is readily available for download from Google Code, enabling webOS developers to display both CPC text ads and CPM banner ads.

Finally, AdMob said they are already working with several developers — including Delicious Morsel and Byte Sequencing — to incorporate AdMob’s new Palm ad unit into their applications.
