Video: Dutch commercial for donating to Haiti is amusing

Haiti, it’s all over television, death toll is over 150,000, people are starving, supplies can’t be routed correctly because the roads are demolished, worst natural disaster in human history, but be honest, you care more about the mythical Apple Tablet than anything else. It’s OK, I’m not going to judge you. Your friends might, so don’t tell them you don’t care about Haiti.

You’ve heard CNN, CNBC, ABC, BBC, and your local networks say something about the amount of cash that has been donated to the Red Cross via SMS. It’s astounding that we can get that to work, but we can’t figure out how to pay for our morning paper and $5 cup of burned beans brewed by a 17 year old barista at Starbucks, but I digress. Here is a commercial that is airing in Amsterdam, and it’s rather cute:
