HTC’s booth at Mobile World Congress 2010 wasn’t all that big this year, but it did have one incredibly interesting display that we just had to show you – the HTC Legend‘s aluminum unibody. We had a chance to put hands on the device at the show, and we can’t say enough about how striking the Legend’s design has proven to be. With a body crafted out of a single piece of aluminum, the HTC Legend is easily the belle of this year’s Mobile World Congress, and HTC isn’t shy about showing the world how the aluminum unibody comes to life.
What you see here is the Legend’s casing, which also serves as the phone’s frame, in different stages of the milling process. You can see just how the body goes from solid block of metal to a shining example of how all brushed aluminum smartphones should be made.
What say you? Does seeing the Legend’s unibody construction cycle make you want one even more?
