TELUS Motorola MilestoneYo, Canadians… Want to save $50 on the Motorola Milestone? Pop over to a FutureShop location.

FutureShop is currently running a promotion on the Milestone, offering it up for $149.99 on a 3-year contract. In addition to the savings, you’ll also get a $50 FutureShop gift card to spend at your leisure. Not bad.

If you’re in Canada and have a hankering for Android OS, the Milestone is currently one of your best options. Sure, the device does have a lot of shortcomings, but I encourage you to at least head on over to TELUS or FutureShop to get your hands on one. Test it out for yourself. I’m not going to go into details on what I like/dislike about the device at the moment, I could go on for awhile 🙂

The Motorola Milestone features Android 2.0, a 3.7″ touchscreen, full QWERTY keyboard, WiFi, Bluetooth, 5MP camera with flash and video, microSD expansion to 16GB and much more.

Note to existing TELUS Milestone users: Motorola recently released an Android 2.1 update for the device. While you can’t download and install OTA like your Verizon Motorola DROID counterparts, the update is still very accessible. Check out all the details right here.
