SNES HD makes your jailbroken iPad play Mario

We’ve already seen the Super Nintendo emulator running on the iPad. Now we have additional (and awesome) detail to add to the picture. Not only can you use Wii Remote to play Mario (and other SNES games for that matter) but you can also rely on your existing iPhone or iPod Touch for controls. Isn’t that awesome? 🙂

Of course, your iPad must be jailbroken in order for this to work, but if you ever wondered “what’s in it for me” to join the “dark side” – now you know. All those SNES games are available at your disposal!

However, I must warn you that jailbreaking may cripple your warranty. If you’re willing to take that risk, proceed and search for “snes” in Cydia, which will emerge once your iPad gets liberated out of Apple’s ecosystem.

‘nough said. We have an additional video to share, demoing SNES HD in action. It follows after the jump, of course.
