Nokia Corp. and Siemens AG will set up a joint venture in South Korea
early next year to acquire a controlling stake in Siemens’ local tech
affiliate, market sources said Monday.
The affiliate, Dasan
Networks Inc., is a network equipment maker, in which Siemens had a
52.4 percent interest as of June this year.
