Rodrigo posts his final thoughts on Nokia world

What I thought amazing, is that Nokia would deliver this presentation in front of its stakeholders in a massive way. Anssi asked the audience before and after his keynote when did we think we would be living this digital experience. Most of the crowd answered between 3-4 years. I believe he was right: if Nokia uses its global marketing power to evangelize the market, then the digital revolution will happen earlier and Nokia will be a huge part of it. The "multimedia computer" as they call now their smartphones are getting way too compelling with their multiple radio capabilities (wifi, 3G, EDGE, GPRS, quad band…), great music and video capabilities, GPS for Location Based Services, computer / phone sync tools, etc. And they sit in your pocket at all times.

Hence, a fantastic conference where you could see the effort of a company that was born more than a hundred years ago, trying to reinvent itself, and very well positioned to do so.

And a final thanks to Xavier and Jussi for having invited me to attend.
