I played with a 6290 during my 3 hours at Nokia USA. Something that immediately stood out was the power button.

That’s right. The "end" key is the power button.
Is this the start of a new trend at Nokia?
I’m indifferent. Initially I over reacted and felt alienated … but after a few minutes I got used to it.
