The SMS Mobile Phone M500 was spotted on the FCC’s website. The trick thing about this mobile “phone” is that it’s not so much a phone as it is a watch. This watch works on tri-band GSM frequencies of 800/1800/1900 Mhz and sports all the normal phone features, like call-waiting and hold, SMS messaging, media player, and even Bluetooth. A pair of keys, on either side of the watch, give full access to scrolling menus to make text entry possible, if not convenient. Looks like this sleek Australian time-piece made GSM phone will be available for US customers sometime soon.
