Ricky isn’t going to name his source, but this would be some mind boggling news if it were true.

… Nokia will begin offering unbranded, unlocked handsets, tablets, and accessories through Dell’s distribution channels! The official announcement won’t be for a few weeks, but it’s been signed …

I’m speechless and frankly a bit skeptical. Who will educate the consumers about unlocked devices? Will consumers want to give up subsidized phone pricing?

Why Dell of all companies?!
