tech supportCry for an iPhone? You may want to work as a tech support representative…

Recently, Apple posted a job listing on AfterCollege.com seeking a Sr. iPhone support representative who will be responsible for answering questions for Apple customers and partners in Austin, Texas.

“Viewed as an escalation point, the candidate should be able to provide prompt, reliable, and accurate information to customers while maintaining effective communications during conversations by adjusting to the pace and technical level of the customer,” the company says. Apple seeks for experienced people (2-3 years of related jobs) for this position.

On the other hand, Apple is looking for a number of lower-level iPhone technical support representatives from its own site. All you need to apply for the former is the high school diploma. Experience is welcomed, but not needed.

Good luck! (via: AppleInsider)
