There are myriad headsets out there that claim to have enhanced voice clarity – through bone-conduction, digital signal processing, multiple microphones. The Sensear promises to deliver voice clarity at a whole new level.
This new hands-free system features a slew of directional microphones paired to a signal processor, which uses a powerful algorithm to cancel out ambient noise and amplify the user’s voice. When ambient noise is detected, the noise’s direction is isolated and cancelled out. The ambient noise is fed into the earplugs (or earmuffs – there will be two versions) so the user can identify the offending noise and turn away from it.
When a call is received, the directional microphones work as a noise-reduction system – increasing call clarity for the user as well. Come this September, you will be able to comfortably talk into the headset and be assured that the person on the other end can hear you as if you were sitting across from them. No more shouting into that headset amid a crowded, noisy room.
