Nokia is pouring 45 millions euros into a new research and development center in Portugal that will collaborate with the University of Aveiro on fiber optic telecommunications and network management. This will be the 5th of such centers to open in this country.
Glad to see money being poured into the future. Did you know Nokia spent 925 million euros on research in just the first quarter of 2007?
