To join all the hype surrounding the big blockbuster movie, Nokia will launch the N93i Transformers Edition somewhere in Q3 this year. Basically the phone is the same as the original N93i, it just bundles some movie-specific content like “Transformers” game, three thematic background images, and two exclusive ringtones. Plus, the special edition phone is packaged in a specially designed box, and will be accompanied by instructions for accessing content.
As a reminder, this isn’t the first time Nokia is pushing movies on their phones — there were the Nokia N93 Mission Impossible 3 and the Nokia N80 The Da Vinci Code phone versions.
