As part of its 20th Anniversary event in Tokyo, Konami unveiled mobile version of its popular Metal Gear Solid title. As we can see from the few screenshots and from a trailer, the game promises tons of high-quality 3D action, just like the original title. I can already hear MGS fans asking “When?” Truth to be said – we don’t know! Konami only confirmed the version for the Japanese market, though we hope other parts of the world won’t be forgotten. Also, to note – the game developer along with Sony Ericsson will release the special MGS branded handset.

Stay tuned, as we’ll certainly follow all things “Metal Gear Solid” — after all, few of us at IntoMobile enjoy it as well.
