Want to make your N95 look like that other phone on the market? Darla Mack has some screenshots from the man who is so insane to actually want that to happen.  What is funny about this is the fact that this proves just how consumer friendly the N95 is in terms of customization and expandability, while the iPhone is what Steve Jobs wants you to have in your pocket, period.

Yes this is a slow weekend if you can’t tell.

LOL – who cares if you can make the phone LOOK LIKE the iPhone – Its not the looks that drove hundreds of thousands to the iPhone, it is what it can do. I wouldn’t ever give up my “Jesus phone” for the N95.

It also implies that S60 users may have iPhone envy.

jay just curious what can the iPhone do that the N95 cannot? As far as everything I have read and the iPhone is lacking in most areas compared to the N95. The N95 has true GPS navigation (you can certainly use Google Maps too of course, like the iPhone). If you take photos I would want a 5MP (with Carl Zeis optics) camera any day over a 2MP. For video the N95 will take DVD-like quality (30 FPS) and actually has built in video stablization. Now music which I will admit gives the advantage to the iPhone is something the N95 also does very well. And in addition to the music player you also have an FM radio. One major downside to the iPhone’s music player is that you cannot use stereo Bluetooth. The major killer though is the OS. Symbian is the most widely used platform for smartphones and is open so you can add 3rd party programs (thousands to chose). Full web browser as well with Wifi. Quadband and unlocked so you can pretty much use it anywhere and with any carrier that uses a GSM SIM card. One additional cool feature is that the N95 comes with cables to hook it up to your TV. Comes in handy if you want to show off all of your cool high res photos or video. Now I will say that Apple is a true genius in the marketing department but don’t let the hype blur the facts.
