FCC has made roaming a right that every mobile phone consumer should have

If you’re in the USA and your T-Mobile device has no signal yet you’re friend with a 3 year old RAZR on Cingular has full bars, consider this your lucky day. The FCC has mandated roaming for SMS and voice calls to be a requirement among operators at reasonable rates.
