T-Mobile to start selling Sidekick LX on October 24

T-Mobile may start selling Sidekick LX on October 24

It turns out that DJ AM’s T-Mobile launch party event may be celebrating the launch of the Sidekick LX. It could just be coincidence, but HipTop3.com got their hands on an alleged advertising flyer that indicates the launch of the Sidekick LX on October 24 – just a week after DJ AM is scheduled to play the T-Mobile launch party. We’re thinking T-Mobile will be launching the Sidekick LX on October 16, with sales starting October 24.

Here’s what the flyer says:

The wait is almost over! On October 24 during store business hours, you can bring this card to the retail location where you received it and we’ll have a new Sidekick LX waiting for you to purchase. With fantastic features like access to MySpace 24/7, and a larger, sharper high res screen, you won’t be disappointed

If this flyer turns out to be legit, we could be seeing the Shuriken hit T-Mobile’s retail stores in about a month. Stay tuned, we’ll get you more details as they emerge.

    If this phone is coming out on oct 24 seems kinda of crazy they would put it so close to the new blackberry but obviously for the holiday time.

    The blackberry Curve is awsome
    Our crew got invited to the release of the curve and i must say unless this lx is gonna have wifi n hotspot@home with a 2mp cam its not gonna come close to the curve.

    btw that curve is bomb we got one for free!

    I heard that the new sidekick was a touch screen….. If this is true…. Want it. Right now I have the first sidekick and I this love mine. I can’t wait to get a new one.
