logo_dlna.gifWhoever wrote this press release is about to get a Finnish axe in the head courtesy of Mr. Anssi Vanjoki, former head of Nokia’s Multimedia division. The N95 8GB is a multimedia computer, get it right, otherwise the communications people will send Lordi over to your house to scare your kids.

The Nokia N95 8GB is the first cellphone to become DLNA certified, that is the first mobile phone that makes it easy to share content with your other consumer electronics around your home since it can communicate via WiFi. I don’t know why the N93, N95 or any other of the other previous devices in the Nseries lineup didn’t receive such certification, they did the same thing after all. This could be due to the fact that the N95 8GB is Nokia’s flagship and any PR for it is good PR.
