Nokia Growth Partners, the VC’s internally who make sure Nokia is prepared for the future, have poured $1.55 million in Morpho, a Japanese company that specializes in using software to enhance both image and video capture in mobile phones. PhotoSolid is a solution that requires absolutely no new hardware, yet gives image stabilization as seen below. Motion (Face) Tracking, which Sony Ericsson implemented in their latest Cybershot branded mobile phones, is also one of their talents.
