Nokia Nseries PC SuiteNokia Nseries PC Suite 2.0 is now out of Beta. NSeries owners may want to read Stefan’s post before deciding to opt for installing. The 300+ MB heavy suite is actually a collection of applications (Nokia Lifeblog, Content Copier, Nokia Application Installer, Nokia Multimedia Player, Nokia Music Manager, One Touch Access, PC Sync, Nokia Photos, Nokia Map Loader) that “seamlessly link your Nokia Nseries multimedia device and your PC.”

The first beta was launched on September 5th 2007, but due to an avalanche of feedback about technical maturity, it was temporarily unavailable for repairs. Then in November, the new beta version was unveiled and after a couple of updates, it graduated two days ago.

jasadafas: The 300 MB figure refers to the size of a CD-ROM image that includes all the Microsoft updates as well. When using the web installer, only the bits that aren’t already installed will be downloaded. The actual Nseries PC Suite download size varies between 60 MB and 180 MB, depending on which of the optional applications you choose to install.
