While the world waits for the iPhone 3G dust to settle (with many eager fans likely waiting on their carrier’s activation servers to catch up with the tsunami of demand), AT&T is pushing their lower-end smartphone to the Palm-loving masses.
Following on the release of the Electric Blue Palm Centro on AT&T’s network, the carrier has announced updated pricing on all Palm Centro handsets. Going forward, through September 20, the Electric Blue and all other Palm Centro purchases will require just $69.99 of your hard-earned money and a signature on a 2-year contract. There’s a mail-in rebate involved in getting the promotion $70 price, but what’s a bit of delayed financial compensation between friends?
