Pantech C530 spotted at the FCC

Mysterious Pantech C530 has been spotted at the FCC’s website. We’re not sure where it’s heading, but as usual, AT&T is most likely to score the Pantech-made device. From what we can tell, the phone seems pretty wide giving us hope it will either sport the full QWERTY keyboard, a huge touchscreen, or maybe both. However, we don’t see 3G in the list — only GSM/EDGE on the 850 and 1900MHz bands are mentioned. That’s kinda sad, but then again, the market for low-to-mid range devices is still larger than the one for high-end devices, and both Pantech and AT&T want to address it.

In the meantime, we’re eager to hear something more about the more powerful C810 (Pantech Duo 2?) model. Stay tuned…
