
Sources have confirmed that the touchscreen BlackBerry 9500 will be heading to British shores thanks to Vodafone. While that might be great news for folks in the UK, the real surprise is the timeline; previous estimates have been putting a launch around November or December, but these guys are saying the BlackBerry Storm will be on shelves around the end of October with an announcement earlier in the month. Well, September is just about wrapped up, which means we could be hearing something good and official sooner than later. This wouldn’t be surprising, since Verizon has gone ahead and started their teaser campaign before any mention directly from RIM. Their first touchscreen BlackBerry will be supposedly be packing…
