eXpansys Friday Deals: Selected deals between 11am and 4pm, 17th October 2008
So what is basically my fave online retailer Expansys has mailed me to let me know that the Sony X1 Xperia is selling at a very reasonable £85 off the normal price, between 11am-4pm on 17th October! That makes it £499.99, which as I said, is a darn fine deal 
I thought I remembered the N96 being about the same price from Expansys, so I’ve checked that out – and in fact there is a cashback deal here during October 11th-31st, such that effective price will be £439.99 (via cashback system post-purchase).
Either way you cut the cake, these are both stonking good deals, and Expansys deserves a pat on the back for making devices great value!
