In the age of individuals, everyone wants to differentiate itself from the crowd. Smart companies know that, hence we already have a number of custom-built products available on the market, even from the companies that make mass-market products (Nike, for instance).

That being said, Nokia France has launched a neat service called Nokia Build to allow those interested in buying the Nokia 7310 Supernova to customize it prior to purchase. The Flash-based service turns anyone into a handset designer. There are pre-built template designs, as well as the option to create a completely original 7310 from scratch. The end result could be a unique 7310, designed exclusively for the user.

Unfortunately, at this stage Nokia Build is available in French only. If you happen to understand what it says, you should definitely try out it, even if you don’t want to buy the 7310 Supernova. Here’s the link from where you test your handset design skills. Good luck! ;)
