BlackBerry 8900 from Rogers
Dummy versions of the newest BlackBerry Curve have begun finding their way to Rogers outlets across Canada, and shipments proper are getting to warehouses imminently. Great news for those who were holding out for something other than the Storm as a Christmas present; one thing’s for sure, the 8900 will appeal more to the traditional sensibilities of your average BlackBerry user. We’re looking at a $179.99 price point on a three-year contract. Germans are already enjoying what was once code-named the Javelin via T-Mobile, although we haven’t heard a peep about it coming to their U.S. cousin. Even if the Curve’s on the way, It likely won’t hit America in time for the holidays.

In exploring RIM’s platform, he has learned what enterprises are looking for in mobility as well as what makes the innocuous BlackBerry so appealing to them.
