Here’s a neat usage of technology. With JobCompass you can search for your next job on your iPhone, no matter where you happen to be. Best of all, it uses iPhone’s GPS or cellular triangulation if you happen to have the original iPhone to filter out only the jobs in your area. This in turn will help you get through the clutter much faster.

Jobs can be searched by keyword and distance from your current location (5, 10, 25, 50 or 100 mile radius). Once you’ve found something interesting, you can immediately make a call or send an email, without having to connect to your computer. It’s that easy.

The application costs $0.99 (AppStore link) and somehow I see it way more useful then posting your resume on HotJobs or Monster…
