
Nokia has apparently discontinued its WiMAX-ready N810 Internet Tablet device. From what we’ve heard, the Finnish giant asked distributors to send any remaining stock back. The reasons behind this move are slow WiMAX roll-out in the States, as well as an issue with current WiMAX switches, which don’t offer optimal performance.
The Nokia N810 WiMAX Edition was announced a year ago, at the CES 2008. Since then, only users in Baltimore and Portland got a chance to experience all the promises of the WiMAX network…
