android_market2T-Mobile UK has released stats on the most popular Android apps within the country. The list is somewhat interesting, but not really surprising for any G1 user. A similar list of top 10 Android Apps in the US was published earlier (I’ll include this below as well), and there are some similarities.

So what are they? Below is the list of the most popular Android Apps in the UK:

  1. The Weather Channel
  2. MySpace Mobile
  3. ShopSavvy
  4. Daily Horoscope
  5. Free Dictionary Org
  6. Ringdroid
  7. Backgrounds
  8. Barcode Scanner
  9. Save MMS
  10. Compare Everywhere

The list of top Android apps in the US (published back in December of 2008):

  1. Pac-Man by Namco
  2. MySpace Mobile
  3. The Weather Channel
  4. ShopSavvy
  5. Ringdroid
  6. imeem Mobile
  7. Shazam
  8. Rings Extended
  9. Bonsai Blast
  10. Brain Genius Deluxe
