Next concept for today is the ‘Motorola Nest’ by Kelly Bremer. The concept has one of the wildest form factors I’ve ever seen. The concept calls for an application to give ‘virtual scrapbook’ functionality to users and their network, the ‘nest’ if you will. While the idea of a virtual scrapbooking device is ‘ok’, the layout of this device leaves me scratching my head.
I could never see Motorola or any manufacturer putting this one into reality, but hey, maybe I’m wrong. Just a little too ‘funky’ for the masses in my opinion. Now that I’ve said that, Alcatel did team up with LEGO to put out a device, so I suppose anything is possible!
