SHAPE Services announced that their popular multi-network IM client for the iPhone, IM+, has been updated. The new version builds on top of the existing foundation, allowing users to keep in touch with their buddies while on the go, no matter which IM client they happen to use. As for the new features that are included in the updated version, there are:

  • Facebook IM support
  • Avatars in contact list and dialogues
  • Groups in contact list
  • Custom statuses
  • New, improved user interface

In a nutshell, it’s a solid update, especially for Facebook junkies. Here’s an AppStore link with additional information from where you can also buy the app for $9.99. There’s also the free, lite app available.
