Apparently Rolando is such a popular iPhone/iPod Touch game that ngmoco will release two sequels later in the year. The first of the two will be called Rolando 2: The Quest for the Golden Orchid and is set to be released in June, packing 36 new levels across 4 previously unseen worlds.
Rolando 3 (the full name is still unknown) on its end will almost certainly pack more cool levels and is slated to hit the AppStore at some point in November.
But the good news (at least for Rolando fans) doesn’t stop there. This May, ngmoco will also release the Rolando level pack!
Finally, in case you care to know, the news was announced by ngmoco’s head Neil Young in his GDC keynote.
