If you’re running a BlackBerry Storm, and were always curious about the Storm Level Pro app, but didn’t want to lay down cash to try it out… There’s a new simple and free alternative for you to try. Available in the App World comes ‘Level’ from Xtremelabs. The app is ultra simple, it contains horizontal and vertical leveling bars to help you level that picture frame, or help you out with that small woodworking project you’ve been finishing up… You’ll be surprised just how often you will use this utility once you have it. Just like any other level, once the bubble lines up in between the two lines, you should have a perfectly horizontal or vertical line. Easy.

Note: For all the iPhone users out there, you can pick up iHandy Level for free (iTunes Link) in the App Store. Same idea with this one, except the graphics are simply a bit nicer 🙂
