The popular multi IM and social network client, Nimbuzz, has been recently updated for Symbian S60 devices. Version 2.0 brings tons of improvements, among which you’ll certainly notice the brand new UI, which now has 4 tabs: Nimbuzz (buddy-list), Chats, Phone Calls, and Messaging. But there are tons of other changes as well, including:
- Ability to sort your buddy-list by favorites.
- Choose your favorite ringtones for new chats, messages, and calls.
- Directly make SkypeOut calls from the “Phone Calls” tab and always see what your current SkypeOut credit and username are.
- Improved SIP performance – network/firewall problems have been fixed and battery life improved.
- New connection management
Aside from these noticeable features, there are tons of other tweaks under the hood. As a result, Nimbuzz is now more stable app and certainly one of the best chat clients on the Symbian platform. Download is a must!
