Telus inventory hints at HTC Touch Pro2 and HTC Snap World Editions

telus-logoHTC’s apparently working on “World Edition” variants of their HTC Touch Pro2 and HTC Snap smartphones for the Canadian market. And, according to BGR, the new World Edition smartphones are on their way to Telus. The HTC flagship smartphone and mid-range messaging handset have been gaining traction in GSM markets around the world, so it makes sense that Telus wants in on the action.

The newly leaked inventory list confirms that the HTC Touch Pro2 World Edition and HTC Snap World Edition are expected to hit Telus in the near future, bringing with them hybrid CDMA/GSM radios that should let them surf Telus’s CDMA network with the option of roaming free on European GSM networks.
