AT&T adds Send to Mobile feature

In a move that seems designed to entice people to use their phones for more than making and taking phone calls, AT&T has added “Send to Mobile” feature to its website. As a result, customers can easily push content from AT&T’s Web portal to their mobile phones.

In order to use the new feature, AT&T users must register for a free att.net account, which includes e-mail with unlimited storage. From there, they can push links to content like news, weather, sports and entertainment to supported mobile devices. Moreover, users also can add links to quickly access the mobile versions of popular sites like Facebook, MySpace, Fandango, ESPN and more…
