Could this be true? Our friends over at PhoneArena have landed some inside inventory shots from a Best Buy tipster. Seems they have a line on new AT&T devices that may make their way into Best Buy’s inventory. Check out the shot above. The most intriguing thing about this is the description of the three new phones you can see at the top of this list. Named ‘Project Charlie’ for one reason or another, it leaves me scratching my head as to what these devices could be. If I had to hazard a guess, I’d have to say ‘Project Charlie’ is the codename for the new iPhone devices coming down the tube shortly. Perhaps 2 new iPhone units, plus 1 iPhone Nano? Who knows.

If you really break it down here’s how I see it. Their have been 2 previous generations of iPhone. A and B. The third generation is now due out… and that would lead us to the letter C. Give C a call name, and BAM you end up with Charlie! Makes sense to me. :)

As always, it’s fun to check out these inventory shots… and speculate :)
