TweetDeck for iPhone launched on AppStore

That amazing-looking iPhone Twitter application that Kevin Rose posted about earlier has just gone live on the iPhone AppStore. Almost as soon as I posted about hoping to see TweetDeck hitting the AppStore in the near future, TweetDeck goes and gets all official on the iPhone. Talk about hopes becoming reality!

TweetDeck uses a multi-pane setup, similar to the desktop version, to keep your tweets organized. You get desktop-to-mobile TweetDeck sync, Facebook toolbar-esque status updates, support for multiple accounts, shake-to-refresh, and full-featured account management directly from the app itself – all while you navigate around with finger-flicking ease.

If you’re a fan of the TweetDeck desktop Twitter client, you’ll probably be going nuts over the TweetDeck for iPhone app – I know I am.

Download TweetDeck for FREE here or here (iTunes link).

[Update]
The TweetDeck for iPhone app is pretty slick. After exploring the interface and the features, I’ve determined that I’ll be replacing my premium-priced Tweetie application with TweetDeck. There’s a new top-dog in town, Tweetie better watch its backie!
