Nokia Messaging

Just when we said that Singapore’s M1 will offer Nokia Messaging to its customers, we have another carrier jumping in. It’s América Móvil, which has agreed to bring the Finnish giant’s push email service to its user base in seven countries of Latin America.

Initially, the operator will launch the new offering in five countries (we’re not sure which countries) this summer with the Nokia E63, Nokia E71 Black, Nokia E72 and Nokia E75. “Attractive data plans” are promised, though we’re not sure how much exactly they will cost.

Finally, it’s worth pointing out that this deal adds to the existing collaboration Nokia and América Móvil in music and maps…

Again, full release with quotes from both companies’ executives is available from Nokia’s website.
