Zensify iPhone app

Zensify, the company that presented its offering during the Mobile 2.0 Europe event in Barcelona, announced that their so called “lifestreaming” application for iPhone and iPod Touch has left beta status, and now has even more options.

To remind those who missed the point of Zensify – it allows users to aggregate, update, search and discover information across multiple social networks and web services.

New features in Zensify include:

  • New UI – several aspects of the user interface have been revamped based on customer feedback.
  • Tag Cloud is now “Topics” and it’s now powered by an enhanced algorithm to generate visualized trending topics among your friends.
  • Performance – code optimizations for iPhone have been accomplished on both the client and server side. As a result, Zensify now scrolls very smoothly in all list views, startup speed is increased, and images load faster throughout the app.
  • Facebook & Twitter – users can now post photos with text to face book, and sharing of photos to Twitter is “greatly enhanced.”

Finally, it’s worth adding that Zensify enables users to simultaneously update both Twitter and Facebook; share their of videos, pictures and music; and there’s also a built-in web browser and media player thanks to which you won’t have to leave the application to check some page or a video clip.

In a nutshell, it’s a must-have for any iPhone/iPod Touch-ownin’ social media junky out there. AppStore link is here.
